Hi I’m Keith, and welcome to Big L’s! Barbecue has been my passion for as long as I can remember, and I’ve spent years perfecting my craft, one cookout at a time. Whether it’s slow-smoked ribs, juicy brisket, or the perfect grilled steak, there’s nothing I love more than firing up a pit and sharing great food with family and friends.
It all started in my backyard, experimenting with recipes and techniques. Over time, my passion for barbecue grew into developing signature rubs, sauces, and sharing my tips and tricks with others who share my love for outdoor cooking. On my YouTube channel and blog, I share step-by-step recipes, cooking techniques, and gear reviews to help you take your barbecue game to the next level. I believe anyone can make great barbecue—it just takes the right know-how, a little patience, and a whole lot of passion.
When I’m not in front of the pit, you’ll find me traveling to find new flavors, spending time with my family, or working on my latest barbecue experiments.
